A young Welsh electronic producer and songwriter who has recorded with, amongst others, Jon Hopkins, Daniel Avery and John Cale… Kelly Lee Owens makes her Belfast debut on November 18th 2021 at The Empire. With her second album Inner Song just released, she is already featuring regularly on Radio 6 Music, gaining massive critical acclaim and drawing comparisons with the likes of Four Tet and Floating Points. A very discerning artist in a very cool venue.

Kelly Lee left behind her previous life as a nurse-turned-indie rocker, to produce subtly stunning dance tracks anchored by her wispy, compelling vocals. Her newly released second album Inner Song is bursting with beautifully crafted yet banging techno-pop and features a collaboration with her hometown hero, former The Velvet Underground member, John Cale.
